This recipe is hardly fancy or complicated, but it tastes amazing and can serve many people. I always make this on football days or when dinner won't be for awhile and the whole family's hungry.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 small can Ortega diced green chiles
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1. Dice artichokes into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix ingredients.
3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Serve warm with Frito’s Scoops or tortilla chips.
